Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Feline Feastique. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from us. Our return and refund policy is designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible while ensuring the safety and integrity of the products we sell.

Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, due to strict hygiene and health standards, certain types of items cannot be returned after purchase. The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened bags of dry pet food
  • Opened cans or pouches of wet pet food
  • Custom or personalized pet food orders
  • Refrigerated or frozen pet foods
  • Treats that have been opened from their original packaging
  • Supplements and vitamins that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds

Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you of the status of your refund. Should your return be accepted, we will proceed to issue a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect the credit to be posted within 7-14 business days, subject to your card issuer’s or payment method’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at support@felinefeastique.com and send your item to our return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
